This is an experimental English version. The original videos were recorded in Russian and carefully translated into English. The translation may not be perfect, but every practice was chosen with care and intention.
In my full online yoga studio, there are already more than 300 practices, courses, meditations, breathing techniques and therapeutic classes. For this course, I selected 17 of the best practices and translated them into English so that more people could experience this approach to yoga.

I’m a yoga teacher, the creator of Yogactivelife online yoga studio, and the author of yoga and Ayurveda books.
