Public Offer Agreement Effective Date: [20/06/2025]

This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) governs the terms of paid services provided by Natalia Polianskaia, individual entrepreneur (email: yogactivelife.help@gmail.com), hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”, to any capable natural person (hereinafter the “User”, “Participant”, or “Client”), via the website https://international.yogactivelife.com/

By submitting a request and making a payment via the Site, the User fully and unconditionally accepts this Offer in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Agreement is considered concluded upon acceptance of this Offer.

1. Scope of Services The Service Provider offers access to:

  • Online educational courses focused on physical training and wellness practices (hereinafter the “Course”)
  • Access to video materials, including theoretical and practical lessons on healthy lifestyle, physical activity, nutrition, and stress management
  • Access to the website platform and its services, including the User’s personal account and course content

Courses may include video lessons, downloadable content, structured programs, and participation in challenges or other community activities.

  • 2. Terms of Access Access to the Course is granted for a fixed term (e.g. 30 days, 90 or 180 days), as indicated on the website
  • The User receives login credentials (username and password) after payment is confirmed
  • Access includes current content and all updates added within 45 days
  • Some limited access to selected materials may remain available after the initial period
  • 3. Fees and Payment All services are paid. Prices are listed on the website in the “Pricing” section
  • Payment is made in full before access is granted
  • Payments may be made via bank card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
  • Payment is considered complete upon confirmation from the payment provider
  • In case of breach of this Agreement, the Service Provider may block the User’s access without refund

4. User Obligations By accepting this Agreement, the User agrees to:

  • Use the Course content and Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not share login credentials or content with third parties
  • Respect intellectual property rights of the Service Provider
  • Provide accurate personal information when registering
  • Follow safety guidelines and consult a medical professional if necessary before practicing physical exercises

5. Refund PolicyRefunds may be issued:

  • If the User requests cancellation within 24 hours after receiving access
  • If access is not provided within 14 calendar days due to technical issues caused by the Service Provider

  • 6. Liability Disclaimer The Course is provided “as is”
  • The Service Provider is not liable for injuries, health consequences, or lack of results
  • The User agrees to participate at their own risk and is responsible for evaluating their health status prior to engaging in physical practices
  • 7. Privacy & Data Protection The Service Provider collects and processes personal data for the purpose of service delivery
  • The User consents to data processing upon accepting this Agreement
  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law

8. Intellectual PropertyAll materials on the Site and in the Course are the intellectual property of the Service Provider. Any copying, distribution, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

  • 9. Final ProvisionsThis Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation
  • The Service Provider may update this Agreement without prior notice
  • Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, in court at the Service Provider’s location
