The course is provided by Yogactivelife, operated by Natalia Polianskaia (“Yogactivelife”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By purchasing the course, creating an account or accessing any course materials, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not purchase or use the course.
2. THE WELLNESS YOGA MIX COURSE
Wellness Yoga Mix is a digital yoga course that may include:
• pre-recorded yoga practices;
• breathing and relaxation practices;
• educational videos;
• introductory materials;
• PDF guides;
• written instructions;
• additional digital materials added to the course.
The course is provided exclusively online. No physical product will be delivered.
The exact content available at the time of purchase is described on the course sales page.
Wellness Yoga Mix is a growing course. New lessons and materials may be added from time to time.
During the customer’s active access period, the customer receives access to:
• all course materials available at the time of purchase; and
• all new lessons and materials added to Wellness Yoga Mix while the customer’s access remains active.
We do not guarantee a specific number, frequency or schedule of future course updates.
Materials added after the customer’s access period has expired are not included unless the customer purchases a new access period.
3. ACCESS OPTIONS AND PRICES
Customers may choose one of the following access options:
3-month access — €40
6-month access — €110
12-month access — €190
All three access options include the same course content. The difference between the plans is the duration of access.
Each plan is purchased through a one-time payment.
The plans do not renew automatically.
The final price payable will be displayed on the checkout page before the customer completes the purchase. Any applicable taxes or payment-related information will also be shown at checkout where required.
Occasional promotional prices or discounts may be offered. Any promotional price applies only under the conditions stated at the time of the offer.
4. START AND DURATION OF ACCESS
The selected access period begins after:
• successful completion of payment; and
• activation of the customer’s course account.
Access remains active for the selected period:
• 3 months;
• 6 months; or
• 12 months.
The access period is calculated from the date on which access to the course is activated.
Once the selected access period ends, access to the course and its materials will automatically expire.
There is no automatic renewal or automatic recurring payment.
A customer who wishes to continue using the course after access expires may purchase a new access period at the price and under the conditions available at that time.
Failure to use the course during the active access period does not extend, pause or restart the access period.
5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
The customer may be required to create a personal account to access the course.
The customer agrees to:
• provide accurate and current information;
• use an email address to which they have access;
• keep their login information confidential;
• prevent unauthorised access to their account;
• notify us if they believe their account has been compromised.
Each purchase is intended for one individual customer.
The customer may not share their account, login details or course access with another person.
We are not responsible for loss of access caused by the customer providing an incorrect email address, losing access to their email account or sharing their login credentials with another person.
6. PAYMENT
Payments may be processed by the course platform or by an authorised third-party payment provider.
The customer agrees to provide valid and accurate payment information.
Access will normally be provided only after the payment has been successfully authorised.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, charged back or otherwise cancelled, we may suspend or terminate the related course access.
The customer is responsible for any fees charged by their bank, card issuer, payment provider or currency-conversion service.
All prices listed in these Terms are in euros.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND IMMEDIATE ACCESS
Customers may have statutory rights under the consumer-protection laws applicable to them.
The course is digital content and/or a digital service supplied online.
When purchasing the course, the customer may be asked to expressly request immediate access before the end of any applicable statutory withdrawal period.
Where permitted by applicable law, the customer acknowledges that beginning immediate access to digital content may result in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.
Where applicable law treats the purchase as a digital service for which the right of withdrawal continues after performance begins, the customer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the access or services provided before the withdrawal request.
Nothing in these Terms limits any withdrawal, refund or consumer right that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
A request concerning withdrawal from the contract may be sent to:
yogactivelife.help@gmail.com
The request should include:
• the customer’s full name;
• the email address used for the purchase;
• the order or payment reference, if available;
• the date of purchase;
• the selected access plan.
We may disable course access after receiving a valid withdrawal request.
8. REFUND POLICY
Except where required by applicable law, payments are not refundable after access to the digital course has been activated.
A voluntary refund will not normally be provided because:
• the customer changed their mind after requesting immediate access;
• the customer did not use the course;
• the customer did not have enough time to complete the course;
• the customer expected a particular personal, physical or health result;
• the customer’s access period expired before they completed the materials;
• the customer no longer wishes to practise yoga;
• the customer’s personal circumstances changed.
This does not affect the customer’s mandatory statutory rights.
Customers should contact us if:
• they were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• they purchased the wrong access option by mistake;
• payment was taken but access was not provided;
• a significant technical problem prevents access to the course.
We must be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve an access or technical problem before a refund is requested solely because of that problem.
9. PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE
Course access is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable.
The customer may use the course only for their own private and non-commercial practice.
Without our prior written permission, the customer may not:
• share course access with another person;
• copy, record or download videos unless a download option is expressly provided;
• reproduce course materials;
• publish course materials online;
• distribute course materials through social media, messaging services, cloud storage or file-sharing platforms;
• sell, sublicense, rent or transfer course materials;
• use the course to teach paying clients or groups;
• remove copyright, branding or ownership notices;
• translate, modify or create derivative commercial materials from the course;
• use screenshots, recordings or extracts for commercial purposes;
• attempt to bypass security or access restrictions.
A yoga teacher may not use the course videos or materials as ready-made teaching content for their own students without our written permission.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course materials, including videos, audio, texts, practice sequences, PDF files, graphics, photographs, branding, course structure and original educational materials, are owned by or licensed to Yogactivelife.
Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to the customer.
The customer receives only a limited right to access and use the materials personally during the selected access period.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.
11. HEALTH AND SAFETY
The course is provided for general educational, movement and wellness purposes.
It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, psychotherapy or individual medical supervision.
The course is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor or other appropriate healthcare professional.
Before beginning the practices, the customer is responsible for determining whether the course is appropriate for their health, physical condition, experience and circumstances.
The customer should seek professional medical advice before practising if they:
• are pregnant or have recently given birth;
• have an injury, chronic condition or recent surgery;
• experience dizziness, fainting, chest pain or breathing difficulties;
• have cardiovascular, neurological, musculoskeletal or other medical concerns;
• have been advised to restrict physical activity;
• are unsure whether yoga is appropriate for them.
The customer must practise within their own abilities and may pause, modify or stop a practice at any time.
The customer must stop immediately if they experience pain, dizziness, nausea, unusual shortness of breath, numbness or any other concerning symptom.
The customer is responsible for maintaining a safe practice area and using suitable equipment.
Children should use the course only with the permission and appropriate supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
12. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Individual results from yoga practice vary.
We do not guarantee:
• weight loss;
• pain relief;
• increased flexibility;
• increased strength;
• improvement of a medical condition;
• emotional or psychological changes;
• achievement of particular yoga poses;
• any specific physical or wellness outcome.
Results depend on many individual factors, including regularity of practice, health, previous experience, lifestyle and personal circumstances.
13. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
The customer is responsible for having:
• a stable internet connection;
• a compatible device;
• an updated web browser;
• software capable of opening the provided materials;
• a valid email account.
Streaming quality and loading speed may depend on the customer’s device, internet connection and location.
We may perform maintenance, updates or technical changes that temporarily affect access.
We will take reasonable steps to restore access when a problem is caused by our systems or by the course platform, but uninterrupted and error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
14. COURSE UPDATES AND CHANGES
We may add, update, reorganise, replace or remove individual course materials where reasonably necessary, including to:
• improve the course;
• correct errors;
• replace outdated information;
• improve video or audio quality;
• address technical or legal requirements;
• improve safety;
• reorganise the learning structure.
We will not intentionally remove substantially all core course content during an active paid access period without providing a reasonable alternative or another remedy required by law.
The addition of future lessons is part of the growing nature of the course, but no particular update schedule or number of future lessons is guaranteed.
15. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF ACCESS
We may suspend or terminate access if the customer:
• shares their account;
• distributes or copies course materials;
• uses the course commercially without permission;
• attempts to bypass technical restrictions;
• engages in fraudulent activity;
• initiates an unjustified chargeback after receiving access;
• seriously or repeatedly violates these Terms.
Where appropriate, we may first contact the customer and give them an opportunity to correct the violation.
Serious copyright infringement, fraud or unauthorised distribution may result in immediate termination.
Termination resulting from a material violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yogactivelife is not responsible for:
• losses caused by misuse of the course;
• injury resulting from ignoring safety instructions or practising beyond personal limits;
• problems caused by the customer’s device, software or internet connection;
• unauthorised use of an account resulting from the customer sharing login details;
• indirect or consequential losses;
• loss of business, income or professional opportunity;
• temporary interruptions caused by maintenance or third-party platforms;
• events outside our reasonable control.
The customer remains responsible for deciding how and whether to perform each practice.
17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The course website may use third-party services for:
• hosting;
• video streaming;
• payment processing;
• email delivery;
• account management;
• website analytics.
The use of those services may also be subject to the relevant provider’s terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for an independent third-party service beyond the extent required by applicable law.
18. PRIVACY
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

19. COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Questions, access problems and complaints may be sent to:
yogactivelife.help@gmail.com
We will make reasonable efforts to respond and resolve the issue.
Consumers may also use the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book:
https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from using any mandatory complaint, alternative dispute resolution or court procedure available under applicable law.
20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary, including because of:
• changes to the course;
• changes to available access options;
• changes in payment or technical systems;
• changes in applicable law;
• security or operational requirements.
The version applicable to a purchase is normally the version displayed at the time the purchase is completed.
Changes will not retroactively remove mandatory rights already acquired by a customer.
The updated version will be published on the Terms of Use page with a revised “Last updated” date.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
However, a consumer who lives in another country retains any mandatory consumer protections that apply under the laws of their country of habitual residence.
Any dispute should first be submitted to us at:
yogactivelife.help@gmail.com
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing a claim before a court or consumer body that has jurisdiction under mandatory applicable law.
22. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.
23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the checkout information and the course description displayed at the time of purchase form the agreement between the customer and Yogactivelife concerning access to Wellness Yoga Mix.
